“ Hot dog on a stick is absolutely one of my favorite fast food chains you can go to. Its unfortunate you cant find them anywhere other than a mall but their food makes up for it. I personally enjoy their Cheese on a Stick, french fries, and lemonade. Their food is always piping hot and made to order and their lemonade is the perfect mixture of sour and sweet. If I had the time I would have them for lunch on a more daily basis ”

“ They really do need to retrain the staff. The teenagers and the adults all have horrible customer service skills. The only time I've ever seen them act right and not just socializing is when the owner/manager is actively in and not focused on the other shops. The only reason why there are higher stars is because the flavors of the food is consistent with other shops. And I care more about my food tasting right ”

This man started yell at the 2 high schoolers working here because they were working on other orders and told him they would be with him in a minute. Then he sent one of them to get their manager which resulted in my food getting burnt. Luckily, the young man working there put down another order for me which only took 5 more minutes. I came here to leave a review about how great the employees were under pressure, dealing with a Karen is terrible. ”

“ I visited the Layton Hills Mall location today (July 19th 2023) and ordered from Alicia. She was so friendly and kind. She asked about my shirt and it's my favorite YouTuber, so I told her about him and the good he does for others. We found out we share very similar stories in our families. She is such a sweet lady. I wish that I lived closer to Layton so I could visit again. I didn't know we still had Hot Dog on a Stick. Takes me back to the 80s! ”
